If you pass this to the kernel 'pkg=/dev/sr0,/boot/pkg', a script
will mount /dev/sr0 and prompt you to install any *.t[gx]z packages
it finds in the /boot/pkg directory on device sr0.

If you pass this to the kernel 'pkg=/dev/sr0,/boot/pkg,noprompt', you
won't be prompted on what packages to install.

If you pass this to the kernel 'pkg=/dev/sr0,/boot/pkg,prune', any docs,
and development files and libraries won't be installed if found in a package.
That means header files '*.h' and libraries '*.a' and docs in /usr/doc.

If you pass this to the kernel 'pkg=/dev/sr0,/boot/pkg,noprompt,prune',
you won't be prompted, and any docs and development files and libraries
won't be installed if found in a package.

You can pass that to the kernel or permanetly put it in /boot/isolinux/
isolinux.cfg or /boot/grub/grub.cfg (if using GRUB2 as the bootloader).

The example above assumes a cd drive on /dev/sr0, but it can be any type
of drive that Linux can mount. The pakages must be laid out to be extracted
and installed from the '/' directory, that's how Slackware packages are made.
